Common questions

Linked WhatsApp disconnected? Re-link from the app using the QR flow for your profile.
Notifications missing? Disable battery restrictions for WaSeen and check that you are online.
Billing is managed in Google Play — use Account in the app to open your subscription.

[email protected] — include your Firebase UID from Profile → Account if the issue is about your login or data.

Use Profile → Send a support ticket (backup) if you need a logged request in our systems.
